1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "fbb7", "we", "us", "our" refers to the fbb7 platform, accessible at https://fbb7.io, and the legal entity operating that platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the fbb7 platform or accesses any fbb7 service.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the fbb7 platform.
• "Platform" means the fbb7 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and all associated services, tools, and content available at https://fbb7.io.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other betting market offered by fbb7.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's fbb7 account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable incentive amounts credited to a player's account under a specific fbb7 promotion.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all fbb7 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bets are denominated.

Any reference to a singular includes the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" mean "including without limitation".

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an fbb7 account, accessing the fbb7 platform, or placing any bet or wager through fbb7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fbb7 Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that apply to the services you use.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and fbb7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the fbb7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. fbb7 does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 21.
2. You are accessing the platform as a private individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from fbb7 or any other gambling platform, or from gambling services generally, and such exclusion remains active.
4. You are not diagnosed with or currently seeking treatment for a gambling addiction, unless you have been formally discharged and cleared by a qualified professional.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of fbb7 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

4 Account Registration & Management

Each player may hold only one (1) fbb7 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify fbb7 promptly of any changes to your registration details by contacting support at [email protected]. fbb7 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your fbb7 Login credentials. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times and must not share your login details with any other person. fbb7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

fbb7 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of your account's lifetime, including but not limited to: upon registration, upon your first withdrawal request, upon any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000, if suspicious activity is detected, or if required to do so for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

fbb7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. Additional methods may be introduced or removed at fbb7's discretion, and players will be notified of any changes via the platform or by email.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. fbb7 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which fbb7 accepts no responsibility.

All payment accounts used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered fbb7 account holder — are strictly prohibited. fbb7 reserves the right to return funds deposited from a third-party account and to suspend the player's account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays. fbb7 aims to complete withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a request being approved; however, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's own timelines. fbb7 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

fbb7 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible players in Bangladesh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion details page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fbb7 offers:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• fbb7 reserves the right to refuse, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
• Players found to be abusing the fbb7 bonus system — including through multiple account creation, coordinated bonus farming, or any other scheme intended to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the fbb7 platform are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant section of the fbb7 platform and should be read prior to placing any bet.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by fbb7, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where fbb7 expressly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market. fbb7 reserves the right to void or cancel bets in the following circumstances: an obvious pricing error, a technical fault affecting odds calculation, the cancellation or abandonment of the relevant sporting event, or evidence of match-fixing or corruption affecting the event.

For casino and live dealer games, the rules displayed within the game interface govern the conduct of each game session. fbb7 is not responsible for errors in game play attributable to a player's misunderstanding of the applicable game rules. Game providers' technical systems serve as the authoritative record of all game outcomes; in the event of a dispute, the provider's logs will be treated as the definitive record.

fbb7 cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC matches, and Bangladesh Tigers series — are subject to the sports-specific rules published in the fbb7 Sportsbook Rules section. Players are encouraged to read these rules carefully, particularly regarding the treatment of abandoned matches, reduced-overs contests, and weather-affected results.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbb7 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or fraud.
• Creating more than one fbb7 account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, access the platform, or exploit game or bonus mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in fbb7's platform or in any game offered by fbb7. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a known or unknown vulnerability will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on fbb7.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the fbb7 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fbb7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fbb7 platform — including but not limited to the fbb7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fbb7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fbb7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any fbb7 content without prior written consent from fbb7.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers. Use of game content outside the fbb7 platform interface is not permitted.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits fbb7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.

13 Suspension & Termination

fbb7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unlawful activity;
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual;
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority;
• A player's voluntary request to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at fbb7's discretion without player fault, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 7 business days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

fbb7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, fbb7 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the fbb7 platform. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting updates) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the fbb7 platform following the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease use of the platform. 15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and fbb7 in connection with your use of the platform or these Terms, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact fbb7 customer support at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. fbb7 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint requesting escalation to fbb7's dispute resolution team. A final decision will be provided within 14 business days of receipt of the formal complaint.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following the formal complaint process, the dispute may be referred to an independent third-party arbitration process as notified by fbb7 from time to time.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
